Same ingredients, individualized dosing. Consider training time, cycle phase, and GI comfort—especially when fasted.
Caffeine
Keep total daily intake in mind (coffee + pre). Start at the low end of 3 mg/kg, especially if fasted or caffeine‑naïve.
Fasted Mornings
Use stim‑free pumps (citrulline + betaine + taurine). If using caffeine, add a little protein or fruit to reduce jitters.
Cycle & Recovery
Prioritize sleep and total protein. Consider lower caffeine on high‑stress days; hydration matters for pump ingredients.
Safety
If pregnant/breastfeeding or with cardiovascular issues, avoid stimulants and consult a clinician.
